About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You will produce Personal Independent Payment (PIP) reports to help the DWP determine a person's eligibility for benefits. Our team works on complex cases, and your clinical expertise will be essential in helping customers receive the support they need.
