About the Role: Brook Street UK is seeking a talented and experienced Registered Children Manager to lead and oversee the short break provision for children with complex needs in Cumbria. As a leader in your field, you will have a proven track record of improving quality and outcomes, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the management of the short break provision, leading a team of staff, and developing strategies to improve the quality of care and support services. You will also be responsible for liaising with stakeholders, including families, local authorities, and other agencies, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
