CRM & Loyalty Associate

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a CRM & Loyalty Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our European Corporate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned industry categories and market segments, with a focus on SMEs.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Generate and follow up on new business leads to meet sales, volume, and conversion targets in line with overall strategy.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the SME market.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and other stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies.
- CRM Management: Accurately manage prospect and customer data using CRM software (Salesforce.com).
- Quote Requests and Sales: Prepare quote requests for SME groups and close sales leads to optimize conversion rates and sales revenues.
- Experience: Comprehensive and demonstrable direct sales experience, preferably in the medical or international business arena, with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Skills: Numeracy, analytical skills, strong telephonic and interpersonal skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), sales and negotiation skills, self-motivation, effective goal setting, problem-solving, business acumen, results-driven, and a sense of urgency.
