Position Overview

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service to clients? This role focuses on ensuring a remarkable customer experience for Peak Scientific's clientele, acting as a dedicated point of contact from order confirmation to the successful delivery of products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by providing precise and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating customer records accurately while documenting interactions using CRM systems and support portals.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
  • Recording all incoming customer complaints in accordance with company procedures and acknowledging customer feedback.
Qualifications

While a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, the most crucial attribute is a genuine enthusiasm for customer service excellence and an understanding of its impact on customer retention and loyalty.

Experience with CRM platforms and customer support tools, such as Zendesk, would be advantageous.
