Key Responsibilities- Delivering Exceptional Service: Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and timeliness.
- Data Management: Ensure customer records are updated and maintain detailed call notes using CRM and support platforms.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer journey.
- Complaint Handling: Log all customer complaints in accordance with company procedures and ensure timely acknowledgment.
While a degree in Business or Marketing is preferred, what truly matters is your innate enthusiasm for customer service excellence and a keen understanding of its impact on customer retention and loyalty.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools, such as Zendesk, would be advantageous.
