Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Next. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by personally selling to customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Drive top-line store sales and growth by personally selling to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, read cues, and respond effectively to create a memorable connection and build customer loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Display expert product knowledge and take initiative to elevate personal knowledge of product categories, including bras as the premier product differentiator.
  • Operations: Participate in sales goal setting with manager, track individual performance, and maintain a focus on operational excellence, including cash wrap experience and visual merchandising standards.
  • Leadership: Assist in housekeeping of sales floor, communicate maintenance issues, and support all activities related to providing a safe working environment.
Success Measures:
  • Sales Comps (Likes): Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Bra Comps (Likes): Drive sales growth in the bra category and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Sales Per Hour (SPH): Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Pounds Per Transaction (PPT): Drive sales growth and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Transactions Per Hour (TPH): Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of sales performance.
  • Bra Percent (%): Drive sales growth in the bra category and maintain a high level of product knowledge.
