Agriculture Business Development Lead

Vermelo RPO is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to drive business growth within a defined geographic area.
This role combines business development, account management, and strategic planning to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with strong relationship management and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and engage with new firms to secure business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, increasing their use of our products.
- Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for your area.
- Train and coach partners to improve their business outcomes, including retention and product quality.
- Use data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and refine sales tactics.
- Lead workshops, broker group meetings, and present at events to promote our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for partners.
The successful candidate will be able to work independently while contributing to a team, and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
