We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term business growth. As an integral part of our team at beBee Professionals in Southport, you will be responsible for developing strategies to meet client needs and identifying new sales opportunities within the current client base.
Responsibilities:- Manage existing client relationships and act as the main point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and meet client needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities within the current client base.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Professional or in a sales role.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
