We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Mungo Foundation. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with dementia in our 24-hour care settings.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting adults with dementia to maintain their independence and actively engage in their local community. Your role will involve providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting social interaction among residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with dementia
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, including personal care and hygiene
  • Promoting social interaction and engagement among residents
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
