About the Role:
">We are seeking empathetic and dedicated Healthcare Assistants with experience in Dementia healthcare to join our team at Allied & Clinical in Edinburgh and surrounding areas. Our clients require bank staff to support individuals with Dementia.

Requirements:
">- Previous Experience: Essential to have previous experience working with clients with Dementia in a care home setting.
- Compassionate Approach: A non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with Dementia is crucial.
- Certifications: Nice to have MAPA/PMVA or CPI certificate.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to adapt communication style to suit individual needs.
- Teamwork: Strong organizational and time management skills, flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Mental Health Knowledge: Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and recovery principles is preferred.
- Driving License: Preferred but not essential.
- UK Residency: Must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
