Job Overview:

As a Dementia Navigator Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to individuals with dementia and their families. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, social care teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You should also have a good understanding of dementia and its impact on individuals and families, as well as experience of working in a similar role.

Salary and Benefits:
