Are you a seasoned nurse looking to take your career to the next level? As a Senior Clinical Lead at Crooton, you'll be responsible for providing clinical leadership to our nursing team and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality care to our residents.

We're offering a competitive salary of £23.45 per hour for this role, with a minimum commitment of 48 hours per week on night shifts. You'll be based in Lasswade, Lothian, EH18 1HT, and will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents living with dementia and brain injuries.

In this role, you'll work closely with our senior clinical staff to assess the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents and develop personalized care plans. You'll also be responsible for allocating key workers, orientating new staff, and mentoring them to ensure they meet our high standards of care.

As a Senior Clinical Lead, you'll play a vital role in supporting our senior clinical staff and assisting with investigations or complaints. You'll be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively to ensure that our residents receive the dignity and respect they deserve.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse with a strong track record of experience in a similar setting. You'll possess excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach to care, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
