Clinical Service Lead

As a Clinical Service Lead at ASDA Opticians, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth through effective leadership and management. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team and develop their clinical and leadership skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including discretionary company bonus, company pension up to 7% matched, and colleague discount.
Your responsibilities will include leading the optical team, managing clinic operations, and contributing to departmental targets. You will work closely with the Home Office teams to access clinical support and resources, and collaborate with the Area Managers to achieve store objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC, have strong leadership and clinical skills, and be able to motivate and coach others. You will also need to be able to provide excellent customer and patient care, and be driven to achieve results.
