About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Clinical Lead to join our team at Crooton Ltd. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. You will be responsible for managing junior nurses and clinical practitioners, providing guidance and support as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior nurses and clinical practitioners
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our clients
  • Manage and coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Valid registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior clinical leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £23,445 per hour, based on 48 hours per week. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment.
