The estimated salary for this role is £43,314 - £50,668 per annum.

Job Description:

The Lead Clinical Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care within their area of responsibility. They will be responsible for assessing patient needs, evaluating care plans, and implementing changes as necessary. The post holder will also supervise staff, deploying them effectively to meet the needs of patients.

In addition to clinical responsibilities, the Lead Clinical Supervisor will maintain governance standards, ensuring that both clinical and staff aspects are compliant with regulations. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and outcomes.

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess patient needs and evaluate care plans
