Senior Clinical Nursing Manager

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Nursing Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you leading a team of nursing staff in an exceptional care home based in the Edinburgh, Scotland area.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of care. As a Senior Clinical Nursing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of improvements while driving quality standards in line with CQC guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing rotas, supervising staff, and ensuring that all aspects of medicine management are overseen on their shift. They will also be able to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
This is a permanent full-time role with a competitive salary of £45,701 per annum (£22.25 per hour) and a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, free meals, ongoing personal development plan, company pension scheme, and much more.
