Clinical Lead Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and carers, providing comprehensive care and developing care plans. You will also be required to pre-assess potential residents, organise step-by-step discharge processes, and provide training and workshops to the team and therapy staff.
To succeed, you will need to have experience in brain injury, a current NMC registration, and the ability to lead a team of care staff. You must be passionate about delivering great care and supporting residents and their families. A sense of humour and positive outlook are essential, as well as excellent communication skills at all levels.
