Care Centre Leadership Opportunity


As a Charge Nurse at Crooton Ltd, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership to a team of nurses and clinical practitioners. Your role will involve ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to our clients, and you will be expected to make decisions that promote the well-being of our residents.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Leading a team of nurses and clinical practitioners
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to team members
  • Ensuring that care plans are implemented effectively
  • Monitoring the quality of care delivered and making improvements as needed

About the Role:


This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to take on a leadership role within our care centre. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have



  • Strong clinical leadership skills
  • Experience of working in a care centre or similar setting
  • Ability to make decisions that promote the well-being of our residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
