The successful candidate will receive an excellent annual salary of £45,701, corresponding to a hourly rate of £22.25.

Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services while driving quality standards and efficiencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Driving quality standards and improvements while ensuring compliance with CQC guidelines.

Our team works closely with specialist teams trained in dementia care and other long-term medical conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place for the smooth running of the home.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
  • Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift.
  • Ability to support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code.
