About the Role

As a Senior Clinical Governance Manager at NHS National Services Scotland, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare services in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to join our high-performing clinical team involved in corporate governance.

The successful candidate will have well-developed nursing professional experience as well as wider organisational experience related to governance and improvement. They will be responsible for managing implementation of the national NMAHP agenda and wider governance and quality improvement within NSS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently and be responsive to reactive need related to adverse events or incidents
  • Work closely with all professional leads across all professionals in the CD and all directorates across NSS
  • Demonstrate excellent planning and organising skills
