A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. Located in the heart of Scotland, this exceptional care home is part of one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home offers nursing care for individuals with complex medical needs, as well as 24-hour nursing dementia care provided by specialist teams trained in caring for those living with dementia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver an excellent standard of care.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place to enable the smooth running of the home.

The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:

  • Quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services.
  • Producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Oversight of medicine management on shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,701 per annum, based on £22.25 per hour. This permanent full-time role includes a range of benefits, including:
