About the Team

We are a dynamic team at Urban Practice, working to improve the lives of people living with dementia in Dumfries. As a Dementia Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering our community-based services and promoting social connections among our clients.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing activity plans, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences. Your excellent communication skills and patience will be invaluable in this role.

Above all, we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to improving the lives of people living with dementia. If you are passionate about making a difference, we encourage you to apply.

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata). Benefits include mileage and expenses reimbursement, registration with the SSSC, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
