The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with clients with dementia in a care home setting role, possessing a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to supporting individuals with dementia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential for this role.

A competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this position. Additional benefits include a referral scheme, competitive rates of pay, flexible working arrangements, free uniform, and weekly pay. A driving licence is preferred but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, be adaptable to changing situations, and maintain a positive attitude. Knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and recovery principles is also desirable.
