We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our compassionate team at HC-One. As a trusted partner in delivering personalized care, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses and Care Managers to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

About The Position

This role requires someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, with a focus on supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being. If you have a background in person-centered care planning and experience in dementia care, we encourage you to apply.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality care to residents, adhering to our strict standards and procedures.
  2. Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to ensure comprehensive care planning.
  3. Support the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
Your Requirements
  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience in person-centered care planning and dementia care
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
