About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and effective Business Support Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, procurement, and financial support to City of Edinburgh Council staff and partner stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Handle sensitive and personal information in line with appropriate policies and guidelines.

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £25,322 - £27,727 per year, which reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
  • The opportunity to work from dual locations when office based: The Access Place and East Neighbourhood Office.
