Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Coordinator to join our team in Renfrewshire. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who require support with daily living tasks, providing them with practical and emotional assistance to achieve their personal goals.

About the Role:

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to individuals with varying levels of need, promoting independence and empowerment through collaborative working and community engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualised support to adults with learning and physical disabilities, focusing on achieving positive outcomes in areas such as safety, meaningful activities, and community involvement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to develop and implement tailored support plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Contribute to a culture of respect, compassion, and inclusivity, upholding the values of Turning Point Scotland in all aspects of your work.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service through quality assurance and monitoring processes.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and stakeholders. You should also have a sound understanding of the principles of person-centred care and be committed to ongoing professional development.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 (£15.38 - £16.92 per hour), depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including paid annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for career advancement within a dynamic and supportive organisation.
