About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker in West Dunbartonshire, Alexandria, Dumbarton, Clydebank, or Balloch.

As a Support Worker with Enable, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Your role will involve working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each individual.

You will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and confidence.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be flexible and adaptable, and have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable adults.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £24,900 per annum, plus benefits including health cash plans, an Employee Assistance Programme, and opportunities for professional development.
