About the Role

We're currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kirkintilloch. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary
  • To deliver person-centred care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring seamless delivery of care and support services.
  • To contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each service user.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of adult support needs and the importance of delivering person-centred care.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
