We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Ark People Housing Care in Buckie. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our service users, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Our Service Users enjoy a wide range of activities, including going out for lunch, bowling, trampolining, swimming, darts, football, snooker, spending time with their families, and going on holidays. We prioritize making goals happen for people, whether that's exploring courses to support employability or trying a new activity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and be flexible to meet the needs of our service users. No previous experience is required, as we provide full training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,160 per year, pro rata. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including up to 36 days paid holiday per year, a 4% contributory pension scheme, and a fully funded PVG & 1st year SSSC registration paid by us.
