Compassionate Care Provider

About the Role: As a Compassionate Care Provider, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by delivering high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining their dignity and respecting their right to choice and independence.
Your Responsibilities: You will be assisting residents with personal care, helping at meal times, participating in resident activities and outings, and providing emotional support as a friendly face and companion. You will work under the direct supervision of Senior Care Staff who will guide and mentor you through your induction period.
Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you must be a caring individual with excellent communication skills. Experience in the care sector is advantageous, but not essential, as we provide full training to the right candidate.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work day shifts, Monday to Friday, with night shift and weekend availability
- NVQ or SVQ in a relevant industry preferred, but not essential
