The Role: As a Community Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred, specialised care to our clients in their own homes on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care to supported individuals
  • Work as part of a team or independently to support individuals in their own homes
  • Medication management
  • Social visits
  • Meal support

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Caring, committed, resilient and reliable
  • Must live in Edinburgh and be able to commit to the rota and shifts
  • A driver's licence is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Walker roles may be available
  • Good professional and personal references
