Compassionate Care Assistant

We are seeking a Compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Lochaber, covering Fort William, Corpach, and Caol. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in the lives of others. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing tailored support to enhance their quality of life.
The estimated salary for this role is £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for part-time work and flexible scheduling. We offer competitive benefits, including mandatory training, vocational qualifications, and a Scottish Living Wage Employer status.
