Job Overview

The Home Care and Reablement Service in Comhairle nan Eilean Siar is seeking reliable and caring individuals to support people living in our communities, enabling them to continue living at home.

About the Role

This permanent position involves working as a Homecare & Reablement Assistant, supporting vulnerable adults in Stornoway, Broadbay, or Point. You will work 21 hours per week, earning between £9.62 and £10.03 per hour, inclusive of DIA allowance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Developing person-centred plans to meet individual needs
