Compassionate Care Professional

At Kamro Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate a genuine desire to enhance the well-being of our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will work under the direct supervision of Senior Care Staff, providing personalized support with daily living tasks, assisting with meal times, and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
To succeed in this role, you will require a caring and empathetic approach, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. While experience in the care sector is advantageous, full training will be provided to ensure your success as a Care Assistant or Senior Care Assistant.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive rate of pay, with hourly rates ranging from £12.50 for Care Assistants to £13.50 for Senior Care Assistants. In addition to a generous salary, we provide various benefits, including a 'Refer a Friend' Bonus Scheme, free learning and development opportunities, paid PVG checks, and free uniform and PPE.
Working Hours and RequirementsThis is a flexible role, with expected hours ranging from 22 to 44 per week. We require our Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants to work day shifts, Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required. A valid NVQ or SVQ in a relevant industry is essential for Senior Care Assistants but not necessarily for Care Assistants.
