About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at Maximus. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate daily appointment sessions, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of confidential customer documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT literacy, with good Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (desirable).
