Make a Difference in People's Lives

As an Integrated Therapy Coordinator with East Sussex County Council, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals in need of rehabilitation services.

The role involves working collaboratively with therapy and support staff to identify clients' needs and establish goals for their care. You will oversee the provision of daily living equipment to empower individuals to maximize their potential and promote independence in their homes.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Excellent organizational skills to coordinate the deployment of therapy staff.
  • The ability to ensure timely completion of relevant assessments.
  • Skills to assess and mitigate risks, enabling clients to remain safe in their own homes through a reablement approach.
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with professionals within our service and external organizations.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a range of professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
