As an Integrated Therapy Coordinator at East Sussex County Council, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals in our community.

The role involves working closely with therapy and support staff to identify and address the needs of our clients, setting achievable goals and providing daily living equipment to promote independence.

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent organisational skills, can ensure timely completion of assessments, and can assess and mitigate risks to ensure client safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the deployment of therapy staff to maximise their potential.
  • Ensuring all relevant assessments are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assessing and reducing risks to enable clients to remain safe in their own homes.
  • Working collaboratively with professionals within our service and external organisations.
  • Developing effective communication skills to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
