Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our clinical colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment sessions, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customers, visitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Work closely with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels
  • Monitor session progress, backfill appointments as needed, and identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with the Team Performance Lead to ensure sessions run smoothly and to time
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including General Practitioner surgeries, Hospitals, and Department of Work and Pensions
  • Perform daily checks to ensure all completed assessments are closed down and moved forward without delay
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including maintaining stationery, preparing confidential customer documentation, and arranging equipment for Health Care Practitioners

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • IT literate, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred but not essential)
  • Good written English, grammar, and punctuation for correspondence and record-keeping
  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or customer service position
  • Able to demonstrate attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and deliver work to set targets and standards
