Job Summary

Maximus is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Assessment Centre, ensuring smooth running of assessments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment sessions, monitor progress, and backfill appointments as needed
  • Coordinate with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless assessment processes
  • Provide a professional and outstanding service to customers, adhering to CHDA vision and values
  • Assist customers with form completion, maintain accurate records, and ensure confidentiality
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and equipment preparation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Team Performance Lead, to ensure session efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as General Practitioner surgeries and Department of Work and Pensions

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English at grade C or above
  • IT literacy, with good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders (preferred)
  • Excellent written English, grammar, and punctuation for correspondence and record-keeping

  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative
  • Ability to remain calm in difficult situations and provide a positive, enthusiastic approach to problem-solving
