Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Assessment Centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming and greeting customers, and responding to their queries and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and provide support as needed.
  • Monitor session progress, backfill appointments, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including General Practitioner surgeries, Hospitals, and Interpreting services.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer files.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintenance of reception areas.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of process improvements.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles (desirable).
