Customer Service Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Assessment Centre, ensuring smooth running of assessments and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily appointment sessions, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless assessment processes
- Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers, including face-to-face, telephone, and video link interactions
- Assist with travel arrangements for customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records and update referral management systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and equipment maintenance
Requirements
- GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
