Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Assessment Centre, ensuring smooth running of assessments and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily appointment sessions, ensuring optimal productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with clinical colleagues to ensure seamless assessment processes
  • Provide a professional and welcoming service to customers, including face-to-face, telephone, and video link interactions
  • Assist with travel arrangements for customers as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and update referral management systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and equipment maintenance

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
