Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Assessment Centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimize productivity and customer service.
  • Manage customer interactions, including greeting and welcoming customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth running of assessments and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and other teams.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements

  • GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position.
