**Salary:** £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Job Description:** Our ideal candidate will have the ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and be proactive in approach to tasks. You will support the Manager in estimating, customer service, and parts departments, invoice customers, monitor progress of vehicles throughout the repair process, handle payments, and deal with customer queries. Other ad hoc administrative tasks may also be required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** We require candidates with experience and all-around competence in running a bodyshop office, experience with Audatex system, PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

**Benefits:** The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, 28 days' holiday including bank holidays (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown), bonus scheme, pension, and the opportunity to work in a small, busy, and personable team.
