Opportunity for an Assistant Bodyshop Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Bodyshop Manager to join our small, busy and personable team. This role offers an annual salary of £42,000, with the potential to earn up to £52,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will support the Manager in estimating, customer service and parts departments, as well as invoicing customers and monitoring progress throughout the repair process. They will also handle payments and deal with customer queries, along with other administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Management team in all aspects of bodyshop operations
- Invoicing customers accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating vehicle repairs and ensuring timely completion
- Handling customer complaints and issues professionally
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £42,000-£52,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (3-5 days held back for Christmas shutdown)

Requirements:
- Experience in running a bodyshop office, ideally with Audatex system knowledge
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and proactive in approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
