About the Role:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager in estimating, customer service, and parts departments. This includes invoicing customers, monitoring vehicle repair progress, handling payments, and dealing with customer queries.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive bodyshop administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
