Job Description

As a Sessional Youth Support Worker, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our young volunteers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young people through the NHS Cadets programme.

About You:

  • Experience in delivering training or activities to young people.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate young people with diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and remote working tools.
