Programme Delivery Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Sja's West as a Programme Delivery Manager, where you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the NHS Cadets programme. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with young people from marginalised communities across the UK, providing them with essential skills and knowledge to succeed in their future healthcare pathways.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing to 38 days over 5 years, options to buy and sell holiday, free first/mental aid first aider courses, Blue Light and NHS online shopping discounts, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health and wellbeing tools and volunteering days.
About You:- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent (Grade C/4) in 5 subjects including Maths & English
- Experience of teaching/training/demonstrating or coaching young people
- An understanding of Youth/community work and barriers faced by marginalised communities
- Strong organisational ability with experience of leading the delivery of a programme
- Excellent communication skills with experience of tailoring content to suit a variety of audiences and supporting young people to achieve their potential
- Recruit young people onto the NHS Cadets Programme and encourage those enrolled to maximise opportunities available to them
- Supervise St John Ambulance youth support staff and volunteers to deliver the programme
- Support as needed with the evaluation of the programme and the production of reports
- Deliver the programme effectively ensuring the content is engaging and administration is completed
- Perform any other duties commensurate with these responsibilities, the band of the post and skills and qualifications of the post-holder.
