Programme Control Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to join our Natural Resources team in the Thames Valley region (North) as part of our Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP) with Thames Water.
About the ProgrammeThe WAAP is a critical programme that aims to improve the performance and reliability of Thames Water's sewage treatment assets. As part of this programme, we are seeking a Senior Planner to lead the planning process for programme and project controls outputs.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Lead the planning process to deliver programmes of work within non-infrastructure schemes like upgrades to wastewater treatment works.
- Review and produce programmes, impact programmes, project controls dashboards, reports, and programme narratives from first principles.
- Analyse contract metrics and make improvement recommendations.
- Support the commercial team to ensure accurate forecasts are produced.
- Review resource loading and maintain schedule resources in a Primavera P6 environment to support project management decisions on sequences of work.
