About The Job
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the NHS Cadets programme, working closely with young people from marginalised communities across the UK
  • The role requires strong organisational ability, excellent communication skills and an understanding of Youth/community work and barriers faced by marginalised communities
  • We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) increasing to 38 days over 5 years, options to buy and sell holiday, free first/mental aid first aider courses, Blue Light and NHS online shopping discounts, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health and wellbeing tools and volunteering days.
