Role Overview:

The Youth Sports Development Coach Role at Littlekickers is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to make a real impact in the lives of young people. As a key member of our coaching team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality coaching sessions that promote player development and enjoyment. You will work closely with the coaching team to develop and implement training programs, ensuring that our children receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions that meet the needs of our young players
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of coaching programs
  • Work collaboratively with the coaching team to ensure effective communication and coordination

Requirements:
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports science, education)
  • Fully qualified Level 1 FA coaching qualification or other equivalent coaching qualifications
  • Experience working with children and young people in a coaching or leadership capacity

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
